How to opt in to SMS alerts

Where you opt in
BrandAmplifi LLC texts its own account holders only. You opt in inside the BrandAmplifi app, under Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts, by entering your mobile number and clicking Save. The consent below is shown directly under the number field and is recorded with the date and time you saved it. Nothing is sent until you click Verify, which sends one test text to confirm the number receives alerts.

Critical alerts via text message
After you save, a Verify button appears to send one test text.
By saving your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from BrandAmplifi (shown under your agency's name if an agency provides your account) about your account: critical alerts (such as a critical review escalation, an inbox SLA breach, a billing failure or a disconnected integration), and any other alerts you choose to receive by text, such as review alerts. Messages you can receive
- Critical alerts: a critical review escalation, possible patient health information in a review, an inbox SLA breach, a billing failure, or a widespread disconnection of your connected accounts
- Any other alert you choose to receive by text, such as review alerts (switch on SMS Alerts, or tick the SMS column for an event in Settings → Notifications)
Sign-in verification codes for two-factor authentication go to a separately enrolled phone and are not part of this opt-in.
Example: “BrandAmplifi: URGENT: New 2-star Google review from Jane D. needs attention”. If an agency provides your account, the message starts with the agency's name instead. The first text you receive, the verification test, ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
Help and opting out
Message frequency varies with the alerts you turn on. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop all texts at any time. You can also switch off SMS Alerts in Settings → Notifications, which stops all texts; switching it on adds review alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Questions: [email protected].
