BrandAmplifi Account Alerts — SMS Terms

1. Program
BrandAmplifi Account Alerts is a text message program run by BrandAmplifi LLC for people who hold a BrandAmplifi account. It sends alerts about the user's own account. It does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not send messages on behalf of any other business.
2. Messages you receive
- Critical alerts about your account: a critical (1–2 star) review escalation, possible patient health information detected in a review, an inbox response-time (SLA) breach, a billing failure, or a widespread disconnection of your connected accounts
- Any other alert you choose to receive by text, such as review alerts
If an agency provides your BrandAmplifi account, the alert is labelled with that agency's name. It is still a BrandAmplifi alert about your own account, sent by BrandAmplifi LLC.
3. How you opt in
Only inside the BrandAmplifi app, under Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts: you enter your mobile number and click Save. This consent is shown directly under the number field and recorded when you save:
By saving your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from BrandAmplifi (shown under your agency's name if an agency provides your account) about your account: critical alerts (such as a critical review escalation, an inbox SLA breach, a billing failure or a disconnected integration), and any other alerts you choose to receive by text, such as review alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out of all texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Nothing is sent until you click Verify, which sends one test text. See the opt-in screen at brandamplifi.com/sms-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the alerts you turn on. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop all texts from this program, or switch off SMS Alerts in Settings → Notifications. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
